This course is designed for Japanese mediators, attorneys, and ADR professionals who participate—or seek to participate—in national or multinational mediations conducted in whole or in part in English. 本コースは、英語で行われる（または一部に英語を含む）国内・多国籍調停に参加している、あるいは参加を目指している日本人調停人、弁護士、およびADR実務家の皆様を対象としています。 This is not a general English course or a course in how to mediate. 本コースは、一般的な英語学習や調停技法の基礎講座ではありません。 It is a skills-based professional training program focused on the precise language, phrasing, and communication needs of Japanese mediators for working in English. 英語で実務を行う日本人調停人のために、正確な言葉選び、フレーズ、そしてコミュニケーションのニーズに特化した、スキル重視の専門研修プログラムです。 What You Will Learn / 学習内容 The course is organized into four practical modules that follow the natural flow of a multinational mediation from pre-mediation preparation through settlement.
